We take a proactive approach to Project Management, and this includes being heavily involved at all aspects, from Concept to Completion.
We assign one Project Manager to each project, this person becomes the client's single point of contact. This ensures direct communication is maintained and assists with smooth, efficient and functional relationships.
During the construction phase, as normal practice the Project Manager will be on-site on a daily basis ensuring that quality control and adherence to our client's requirements is always at the fore-front of any project.
Programme schedules and timeframes are set prior to construction beginning and we are proud of our outstanding record of always meeting our deadlines.
