Priority Projects is a Fit Out,  Design-build and Construction company. With our significant industry experience we have the skills and knowledge to manage projects from Concept to Completion.  Priority Projects  offers comprehensive project management of  commercial fit-outs, design-build, feasibility studies, earthquake repairs,  rebuilds and new construction projects from the ground up. Our Services

Concept design and feasibility
Working with specialist designers we are able to provide concept designs in a short timeframe, that then allow us to provide budget estimates to assist our clients with feasibility studies.
Drawings and Quotation
Upon agreement of concept designs we prepare contractual documentation, including specifications for each individual area of the project and a full fixed price quotation.
Contractor Selection
We have outstanding relationships with a wide variety of contractors across the full spectrum of services required for design build projects.
Product and finishes specification
Priority Projects work closely with our clients and designers to select the appropriate products and finishes for each job. This can range from the type of flooring required, air conditioning systems, fire protection, and internal wall linings to colour pallet finishes and fabrics for soft furnishings.
Environmental sustainability
Part of our role is to offer advice and consultation relating to sustainability and the way this can be achieved.
Project management
We take a proactive approach to Project Management, and this includes being heavily involved at all aspects, from Concept to Completion.
