Kim started her working life in the heavy earthmoving industry, followed by seven years with New Zealand’s leading supplier of construction products where she provided technical support to clients and was involved in testing and quality control of locally manufactured products. She spent time in an industrial coating and infrastructure manufacturing environment and brings exceptional expertise and dedication to every project she manages.
Kim started with Priority Projects in 2011, her first project being a large new commercial build in Franz Joseph for the Department of Conservation. Since then, she has managed numerous commercial fitouts, seismic strengthening projects including the rebuild of a 5,000 sqm industrial building in Christchurch’s east suburb, civil projects including a bus depot with a refuelling facility and exclusive design/build residential projects.
She has a practical, hands-on approach, is quick to address challenges and take each project personally. Her exceptional communication skills allows her to effectively oversee all aspects of project execution from initial planning to final completion. She fosters strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Outside of work, Kim spends her time looking after a lifestyle block, horse riding, indulging her passion for gardening and caring for those in her local community.
Her commitment to her profession contributes to the ongoing success of Priority Projects.
